Véronique Doucet vit présentement à Rouyn-Noranda, Québec. Elle est détentrice d’un Baccalauréat ès art (Majeur en arts plastiques, Mineurs en arts et sciences à l’Université de Montréal). Elle s’est fait connaître grâce au projet Aldermac plantation minière, initiateur d’une grande victoire environnementale qui a mené à la restauration d’un site minier abandonné.
