At the age of fifteen, she began to teach drawing, painting and ceramic classes in Quebec, Canada. Between 1974 to 1978, the young artist had participated in twenty-six television shows for the French Broadcast Alliance in Europe.
This formative period was followed by intensive studies in Art, Communication and Literacy in different universities and contexts: UQAM, UdeM, UCLA, Beaux-Arts de Genève,…
In all her chronological series: OBJECTS FERTILES, FIGURANTS, ART SPORT and ARCHITECTURES CONTEMPORAINES et CLIMATIQUES, her creative register reflects a contemporary vision of the technological, environmental and sociological “phenomenas” of this time.

Recognized as a Grand Master in Fine Arts by international associations, her professional activities and extensive repertoire have been published in different medias since 1972. MALO has received numerous honors, prizes and grants for the art communities for her creations and advanced ideas.

“She explores and excavates the matter in the search of a significant aesthetism which wants to be to be a lucid witness of the prints left by humanity in the heart of the men. In her art she seeks to plastically translate the hopes and contradictions of the human nature through sets of forms and lines where the color plays a crucial role.” Galerie Contemporaine France 2012

Artist statements

“The expression of beauty in a physical performance depicts the survival efforts for life and gives me this surprising sense of balance.”

“My artistic interest for active human groups and sport’s representations comes from my sportive background. As I travelled and lived in different countries, my art is based on humans identities and their environments. Colors and lines are effective mediums to capture the rhythms of social and physical evolution.”
